Job summary

Natera is seeking a Clinical Lab Supervisor to lead lab operations in Boulder, CO. This role oversees testing, data review, and staff performance, ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines. You will mentor staff, manage trainings, and coordinate with management to meet quality objectives.

The position requires 6+ years as a Medical Technologist, a relevant BS/BA, MT/MLS/CLS certification, and strong leadership. It offers a competitive compensation range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Medical Technologist in a clinical laboratory environment.
• BS/BA in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, or related field.
• Current MT/MLS/CLS certification preferable from ASCP, AMT, or AAB.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Able to take on projects with little supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, computer, troubleshooting, and pipetting skills.
• Experience in Molecular Biology.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supervision of lab staff performing testing and data review.
• Coach, motivate, staff, evaluate, and train team members.
• Ensure production work meets department goals and SOPs.
• Maintain compliance with GLP, CLIA/CAP guidelines, and regulatory audits.
• Approve timecards and PTO requests; escalate issues as needed.
• Lead training for new hires and CAPA initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet schedules and quality objectives.
