Job summary

Adaptive Biotechnologies in Seattle, WA seeks a Lab Assistant to support the Clinical Laboratory and IDOL operations, performing routine tasks under supervision. The role offers exposure to DNA extraction, PCR, and sequencing workflows in a clinical/molecular setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, documenting activities, and ensuring compliance with GMP/GCP/GLP standards, with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across teams.
• Excellent time-management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and routine lab tasks under supervision.
• Maintain and clean laboratory equipment and spaces on schedule.
• Document maintenance and processing activities with Good Documentation Practices.
• Follow SOPs and regulatory requirements; assist with sample processing.
