Job summary

Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. in Seattle seeks a Biological Sample Management Accessioning Specialist II to accession samples, manage lifecycle data, and ensure chain-of-custody in the lab.

You will handle storage and transfers at proper temperatures, perform check-in/check-out, and document activities across multiple systems under GCLP/CAP/CLIA guidance, collaborating with supervisors. Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience performing CLIA high complexity testing or working with clinical samples in a regulated lab.
• High School Diploma or Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance and high throughput labs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and accession samples into the Laboratory Information System used by BSM.
• Identify problematic samples/shipments and escalate as needed.
• Enter and ensure accuracy of information for samples and projects across multiple systems.
