Job summary

Adaptive Biotechnologies seeks an experienced Clinical Lab Technologist to process DNA extractions and high-throughput sequencing samples in a CLIA/CAP/FDA-certified lab. The role supports clinical and research workflows, under strict regulatory guidelines, with shifts including AM and PM options.

Qualifications

• Molecular biology skills including DNA Extraction, Purification, PCR, qPCR, sequencing.
• Experience working with human specimens (blood, tissues, cells) and handling biohazards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform DNA extraction, PCR amplification, and high-throughput sequencing on DNA libraries following standard LIMS procedures (Level I).
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as DNA sequencers and robotics; complete tasks accurately and timely.
• Provide guidance to less-experienced staff and contribute to process improvements.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements (GxP, FDA, ISO) and maintain detailed records.
