Job summary

Adaptive Biotechnologies seeks a Supervisor for the CLO Area to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced clinical lab. You will supervise personnel, coordinate molecular testing workflows, and ensure compliance with GMP, GCP, and GLP standards while aligning with management and quality teams.

This role supports incident/non-conformance investigations, training, and continuous improvement within a CLIA-certified environment. Schedule: Wed–Sat, 9:30am–8:00pm, in Seattle.

Qualifications

• BS degree with >4 years molecular lab experience including high-complexity work.
• MS degree with >2 years molecular lab experience, at least 1 year in a clinical lab.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-quality processing of specimens via DNA extraction, PCR, qPCR or NGS.
• Provide day-to-day supervision of lab personnel in the CLO Area.
• Ensure competency and regulatory compliance for all procedures.
• Monitor instrument maintenance and resolve technical problems.
• Support timely project deliverables and SOP/MET revisions.
