You will pack finished products, maintain accurate records, and communicate defects to the quality team while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and on-the-floor training. Requires high school diploma and manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional, functional testing and visual quality checks according to procedures.
• Communicate non-conforming material (defects) to quality group and management.
• Accurately complete required paperwork/documentation for the products being molded.
• Pack finished products into cartons and bag and affix labels.
• Maintain clear communication to ensure problems and changes are communicated and resolved promptly.
