Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of technical manufacturing experience required.
• Molding experience or scientific molding techniques preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical task competence.

Responsibilities

• Set up and troubleshoot injection molding processes using SOPs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Collaborate with Mold Repair to maintain production efficiencies.
• Perform changeovers and coordinate with Inspectors for first piece approvals.
• Document all press activity.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
