Cambro Manufacturing Company in Texas is seeking a Set-Up Tech I/II to manage complete mold changes, including prep, removal, installation, and equipment setup. You will ensure a clean, organized work area and proper handling of materials, while following safety procedures.

The role requires basic injection molding knowledge, the ability to read safety rules, and forklift certification. Overtime and collaboration with cell captains, quality control, and maintenance help minimize downtime.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Basic math and geometry concepts applied to job tasks.
• Forklift certification and knowledge of material handling required.
• Ability to work overtime and be flexible to schedule changes.

Mansioni

• Set up mold changes, including mold prep, removal, installation, and equipment set-up.
• Operate and coordinate with robot and secondary equipment for each job change.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and proper storage of materials.
• Work with cell captains, quality control, and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
