Job summary

ITW is seeking a manufacturing associate to support mold changeovers, diagnose defects, and help implement corrective actions. You will set up and operate molding machinery and related equipment, handle materials for the molding area, and document material movements in our ERP system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Must possess good communication/interpretation skills, good visual skills for accessing functionality of equipment, above basic mathematical skills, above minimum computer skill set, and reasoning ability.
• Must possess mechanical aptitude and ability to adapt and learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist Technicians with mold changeovers, determining part defect, root cause and implementing appropriate corrective action.
• Set-up and operate molding machinery and support equipment.
• Material handling duties for Molding area; delivering raw material, removing finished goods and recording material movement in ERP system.
• Assist with scheduled preventative maintenance functions.
• Work closely with setup technicians and operators to ensure proper operation of equipment.
