Job summary

HellermannTyton North America is seeking a Set-Up Technician to support mold changes, changes, and repairs while keeping the work area clean and compliant with quality and EHS standards. Responsibilities include installing and watering molds on presses, housekeeping, and assisting in training teammates.

The role requires reading water maps, operating forklifts, following detailed work instructions, and maintaining equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude with hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams.
• Strong time management and detail orientation.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Proper installation and watering of all molds on presses.
• Housekeeping and return of unused supplies.
• Removal of parts from previous jobs.
• Ensure water lines are secured and do not rub/burst.
• Proper machine shutdown and use of purge compound.
• Support corporate policies and required documentation.
