Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Valid forklift certification and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete mold change process, prep and install molds and equipment.
• Set up auxiliary/secondary equipment for each job change.
• Assist start-ups and color changes as assigned by supervisors.
• Work with cell captains and quality to minimize downtime and meet production standards.
• Maintain safety standards and wear PPE; follow hazardous waste procedures.
• Attend safety meetings and document status of work.
