Job summary

Intel Corporation in Chandler, Arizona is seeking a Module Engineer to develop and optimize assembly processes and equipment for the next‑generation foundry packaging platform.

You will join the Foundry Technology Manufacturing group, collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, and technology development to deliver world‑class packaging solutions for our foundry customers, applying DOE, SPC, reliability testing, and continuous improvement to ensure manufacturability and quality.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/ materials/ chemical/ electrical engineering or STEM field; or an equivalent STEM degree.
• 6+ months of experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop assembly processes and equipment to advance Intel's foundry packaging roadmap.
• Optimize manufacturing efficiency and ensure quality, cost, yield, and manufacturability targets.
• Define process and equipment specs using DOE and data analysis; document improvements.
