Job summary
Intel is seeking an OTF Module Engineer for its Chandler, Arizona area. The role focuses on owning all aspects of 300mm toolsets, including tool installations, qualifications, and sustained matching performance.
You will drive continuous improvement and partner with process engineers to deliver MOR availability and low defect densities. Join a high-performance team in a dynamic manufacturing environment focused on new technology ramping and transfers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in engineering with 1+ years experience.
- Experience in semiconductor industry and high-volume manufacturing ramps.
- Knowledge of statistics, DOE and process development.
Responsibilities
- Define roadmaps for a new technology process and module.
- Establish flow, procedures, and equipment configuration for the module.
- Selects and develops material and equipment to meet quality, yield, and manufacturability requirements.
- Plans and conducts experiments to characterize the process throughout development.
- Drives improvements in quality, yield, reliability, and safety across variables.
