Job summary

Intel Corporation in Chandler, Arizona seeks an Ocotillo Technology Fabrication Module Engineer to lead process development for multiple technology modules. You will define roadmaps, establish tooling configurations, and drive improvements in yield, quality, and productivity across the manufacturing cycle.

The role requires strong problem solving, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration with process engineering, integration and yield teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or Master's with 6+ years, or PhD with 2+ years in engineering STEM fields.
• Experience in semiconductor industry and support for high-volume ramps and tech transfers.
• Preferred qualifications include advanced node semiconductor foundry experience and statistics/experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmaps to meet requirements, goals and milestones for a new technology process.
• Define and establish flow, procedures, and equipment configuration for the module.
• Select materials and equipment to meet quality, yield, reliability, cost and productivity targets.
• Plan and conduct experiments to characterize the process through development.
• Drive improvements in quality, yield, reliability, and safety across variables.
