Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, real-time floor support to maintain 24x7 lot movement.
• Receive and deliver shift pass-downs; align priorities with management.
• Troubleshoot process issues, recover errors, and support tool enabling.
• Write/update specifications and RFCs for process records.
• Perform inspection/imaging on panels to collect data.
• Communicate issues with Tool/Lot Owners via email for resolution.
• Execute ad-hoc duties within the functional area.

You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your problem-solving skills and engineering expertise will directly impact the quality and efficiency of our substrate packaging manufacturing processes.**Shift 5 Details:*** **Shift Hours:** 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM* **Schedule:** Alternating 3- and 4-day work weeks (Sunday–Tuesday and alternating Wednesday)This position is based in Arizona.
