Responsibilities

• Lead a team of module development engineers to develop, implement, and transfer advanced technology solutions.
• Define and oversee technology roadmaps for the module and align with strategic goals.
• Manage resources, set priorities, and collaborate across teams to meet schedules.
• Partner with integration, device, and yield teams to deliver power performance and area leadership.
• Coach and mentor teams in technology road mapping for advanced development.
