Job summary

Mobile Modular is seeking a Construction Supervisor (Modular Buildings) in Redmond, OR to lead production teams, oversee construction operations, and drive project success. You will manage inventory, vendor relations, and schedules while ensuring safety and quality throughout the build process.

You will work closely with Operations, Sales, Service, Transportation, and other support teams to optimize resources, deliver on-time installations, and uphold customer satisfaction across diverse

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, renovation, repairs, or building modifications.
• 3+ years of supervisory, management, or team leadership experience in a construction/production environment.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, work orders, and construction documents.
• Experience implementing LEAN methodologies, process improvements, or efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality modular construction projects on time and on budget.
• Provide hands-on leadership by working directly alongside production teams to establish priorities, assign work, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate inventory, logistics, and vendor relationships to support project execution.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Service, Transportation, and other teams to allocate resources and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Lead safety programs and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
