Job summary

McKinstry is seeking an Inventory Manager – Modular Products to lead inventory control and material movement at our Seattle manufacturing facilities. The role covers daily operations across multiple sites, driving ISO-compliant processes and collaborating with procurement, logistics, and value-stream teams.

You will develop procedures, monitor KPIs, and guide Inventory Specialists while ensuring optimal inventory levels and timely material flow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
• End-to-end inventory workflows and control processes.
• Familiarity with ISO-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Cross-functional operational knowledge in a manufacturing context.
• Working knowledge of inventory control processes compliant with ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, tracking, and distributing materials.
• Develops and maintains inventory control procedures.
• Monitors and optimizes inventory levels and KPIs.
• Leads and develops Inventory staff (where applicable).
• Coordinates with value stream and operations teams.
