Job summary

SKYVAULT AI seeks a Site Project Manager to oversee on-site delivery of modular data center projects in North America. You will manage site readiness, module arrival, installation, commissioning, and handover, serving as the primary interface among owners, engineering teams, factory, contractors, vendors, and authorities.

Qualifications

5+ years of project delivery, construction management, or site management experience.
Data center construction/MEP/commissioning experience preferred.
Experience with modular construction and factory-to-site delivery interfaces.
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and travel within North America.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end site delivery of modular data center projects.
Develop and manage the site execution plan and master schedule.
Coordinate on-site contractors, EPC partners, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and quality standards.
Oversee commissioning and system turnover activities.
Maintain site safety, quality, and delivery performance.
Provide regular project reporting and escalation.
