Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Module Installation Supervisor to lead modular installation activities for large-scale data center projects. You will oversee crew management, lifting operations, site logistics, and safety compliance to meet schedules and quality targets.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in construction or modular install, strong leadership, and familiarity with OSHA standards. This role is based on site with responsibilities across coordination, planning, and execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction, modular installation, or related field.
• Experience leading installation crews and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of lifting, rigging, cranes and site logistics.
• OSHA regs familiarity and safety program experience.
• Experience with modular construction or data-center projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead module installation prep and field execution.
• Coordinate with management, operations, engineering, and subcontractors.
• Develop installation plans covering manpower, lifting, safety, and schedule.
• Manage crews, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.
• Coordinate cranes, rigging, trucking, and site logistics.
• Hold daily planning meetings and safety briefings.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and quality standards.
• Track KPIs for safety, schedule, productivity and quality.
• Mentor installation staff and drive continuous improvement.
