Job summary

The role includes leading pre-modularized projects from design to factory build, managing vendors, and ensuring quality and RAMS strategies across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the electrical field.
• Knowledge of local, state, & federal building codes for modular/transportable buildings.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and equipment specifications.
• Must clearly interpret customer specification requirements.
• Ability to think creatively to reduce costs without impacting quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proven Project Management skills.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Integrated Solution Sr Production Manager.
• Run pre-modularized projects from design through factory build and delivery.
• Develop drawings and design strategies.
• Coordinate with LV, Busbar and MV for modular fit outs.
• Coordinate and procure outsourced vendors.
• Liaise with sub-contractors in factory and on site.
• Oversee commissioning activities and document control.
• Manage document control on client and Vertiv platforms.
• Assist in ordering materials and equipment.
• Attend client production, commissioning, and schedule meetings.
• Complete snagging and quality checks on equipment before dispatch.
