Job summary

McGrath Rent Corp is seeking an experienced Team Lead to supervise a crew servicing and repairing modular buildings in Boise. You will coordinate schedules, ensure quality, and drive safety across the team.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong carpentry, plumbing, electrical skills, and the ability to train staff while adhering to 5S and OSHA practices. A valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in construction or related industry with 1 year leading general trades.
• Able to read blueprints and company documents provided.
• Demonstrated leadership with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize production crew schedule and tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance on modular buildings (plumbing, carpentry, electrical).
• Monitor team productivity, quality, and safety; maintain records of production activities.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and 5S standards in the work area.
• Mentor and train team members; support safety training.
