McGrath Rent Corp in Redmond, OR is seeking a Construction Production Supervisor to lead production teams, oversee construction operations, inventory coordination, and vendor relationships while driving safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.

You will review plans and build schedules, manage costs, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize workflows and develop your team through coaching and LEAN practices, ensuring a strong safety culture and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, renovation, repairs, or building modifications.
• 3+ years supervisory/management experience in a construction, production, or related environment.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, work orders, work instructions, floor plans, and construction documents.
• Experience implementing LEAN methodologies, process improvements, or efficiency initiatives.
• Ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop team members; demonstrated ability to coach and counsel other workers in a positive manner.
• Track record of improving safety and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality modular construction projects on time and on budget.
• Provide hands-on leadership by working directly alongside production teams to establish priorities and monitor progress.
• Coordinate resources, inventory, logistics, and customer needs across departments to ensure a seamless operation.
• Maintain vendor base and negotiate pricing and service agreements to strengthen partnerships.
• Lead Lean initiatives and drive continuous improvement across the production groups.
