Job summary

Blue View Builder is seeking a Modular Construction Sales Agent in California to own the full sales cycle for factory-built homes and commercial structures. You will educate buyers on speed, quality, and cost advantages of modular construction compared with traditional methods.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, relationship-building, and financing guidance, with travel to sites and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven B2C or B2B consultative sales experience with a track record of meeting quota.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting options and contracts to buyers.
• Self-directed, organized, and capable of managing a pipeline with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop a pipeline of homeowners, landowners, builders, developers, and commercial buyers.
• Prepare proposals, option packages, and purchase agreements; negotiate terms.
• Coordinate with design, estimating, production, and project management to align expectations with factory capacity and site needs.
• Guide buyers through financing conversations and connect them with lenders, understanding construction-to-permanent and land loans.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity reports.
• Represent the company at open houses, model home tours, trade shows, realtor events, and community meetings.
• Build referral relationships with real estate agents, loan officers, land brokers, architects, and general contractors.
• Stay current on zoning, permitting, foundation/site work, and delivery logistics that affect close dates.
