Job summary

Vegas Modulars Sales/Management in Las Vegas, NV area is hiring a Commercial Sales Representative to rent and sell modular buildings across industries. The role offers a salary range of $82,250 to $132,500 annually, with base plus commission.

You will develop strategies, pursue opportunities, build relationships, and ensure accurate estimates and project execution with team collaboration. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in rental sales, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ sales experience in rental industry, results-driven and customer-focused.
• Willingness to travel within the territory as required.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and independent work ability.
• Strong interpersonal skills and detail orientation for quotes and specs.
• Understanding of the sales process and process-driven environments.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business to increase branch profits and market share.
• Identify, pursue, and close rental and sales opportunities across industries.
• Build relationships with customers to establish trust and tailor solutions.
• Document customer requirements, prepare accurate estimates for projects.
• Visit sites, present modular building options, and track project progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturers for seamless execution.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, specs, and deliveries in the CRM.
• Manage contract reviews, PO interpretation, and delivery scheduling.
• Develop marketing input and nurture a robust sales pipeline.
