Job summary

McGrath is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative in Las Vegas to rent and sell modular buildings across industries. You will develop strategies, pursue opportunities, and build customer relationships to generate new business.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to travel, and collaboration with internal teams to provide accurate estimates and ensure projects are executed right the first time. Base plus uncapped commission offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in sales or a sales role in the rental industry.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and strong organization.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and grow existing business to increase profits for the branch/region.
• Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities across various industries.
• Build relationships with potential customers to establish trust and rapport.
• Ensure all customer requirements and specifications are documented and met.
• Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase modular building options.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
• Increase market share in established markets and new markets.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, results, and market trends.
• Develop relationships with manufacturers and subcontractors for project delivery.
