Job summary

BLOX LLC is seeking a driven DMC Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution within our Design Manufacture Construct delivery model. This role blends office-based program leadership with selective onsite oversight during critical milestones.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of relevant experience in construction or manufacturing, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams while managing schedules, costs, and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–8 years in project management for construction or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, scheduling, and financial forecasting abilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, and construction.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end DMC project delivery for design, manufacturing, construction, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain program tools, logs, forecasts, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead subcontractor contracts, change orders, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, and construction.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers; drive continuous improvement.
