Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED and strong technical aptitude.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use common pneumatic and electric tools; welding a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Pick components and move material for modifications.
• Stock and stage product for modifications.
• Package orders for shipment.
• Perform nameplate and quality checks on modifications.
• Maintain a clean work area following 5S guidelines.
• Identify defects and report issues promptly.
• Utilize ERP/office software to support job tasks.
• Backfill teammates as needed; perform other duties.
