Job summary

Marathon Electric, LLC is seeking a Modification Center Lead to coordinate daily activities in the production areas. The role requires strong technical aptitude and the ability to drive continuous improvement across teams.

The successful candidate will direct personnel, perform 5S audits, and ensure safety and quality metrics are met while coordinating with multiple stakeholders to meet delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2–5 years in production environment preferred.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude with maintenance/modification experience.
• Able to review/update Excel spreadsheets and use ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of production personnel.
• Perform 5S audits and implement improvements.
• Review workload and shift personnel accordingly.
• Coordinate customer service to ensure delivery commitments.
• Track department metrics: Safety, Quality, Throughput.
• Lead daily team meetings; enforce safety guidelines.
