You will comply with safety rules and collaborate with team members to meet production goals. The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle) and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems preferred.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience; good problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick components and move material for modifications.
• Stock and stage product.
• Package orders for shipment.
• Nameplate and quality check modifications.
• Maintain a clean work area following 5S guidelines.
• Identify defects and report errors promptly.
• Operate available software and technical systems affecting job performance.
• Backfill other team members as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
