Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 2–5 years in a production environment.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Electrical and mechanical aptitude with maintenance/modification experience.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to use Excel for data review.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of production personnel.
• Perform 5S audits and implement improvements.
• Review production workload and shift personnel accordingly.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments.
• Track department metrics: safety, quality, throughput.
• Lead daily team meetings and enforce safety guidelines.
• Escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and shutdown procedures followed.
