Bank of New Hampshire is seeking a Modern Workplace System Analyst to optimize how employees work, collaborate, and use technology at the Gilford, NH site. You will own critical applications, support modern workplace tools, and help secure and simplify daily operations.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing process improvement while delivering secure, reliable technology for colleagues and customers alike.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in IT support, systems administration, or related role.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and cloud-based apps.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Lists, Dataverse, CoPilot.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead support for a portfolio of bank systems and critical apps.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand tech needs and improve UX.
• Research and implement solutions to boost productivity, security, and user experience.
• Evaluate and implement Microsoft 365, cloud services, and collaboration tools.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and lifecycle management.
• Lead IT projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop docs, procedures, reports, and training materials.
• Train staff on supported systems and provide Level 2 support.
• Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
