Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years in a technical service/support or similar role.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and cloud-based apps.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Lists, Dataverse) and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Be the owner and support lead for a subset of the bank’s systems and applications; act as primary advocate.
• Develop and enforce governance frameworks, standards, and procedures; document changes.
• Build relationships with business leaders to understand needs, workflows, and reporting requirements.
• Analyze options to improve productivity while maintaining security and controls.
• Conduct business process reviews and requirements-gathering sessions; map workflows.
