Job summary

Bank of New Hampshire is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Representative to join our on-site Operations Center in Gilford, NH. This full-time role supports back-office deposit processing, stop payments, IRA/HSA servicing, account maintenance, and internal research while assisting branches and departments with accurate, timely service.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in banking, strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills, and a detail-oriented, collaborative approach to completing daily

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ banking experience.
• Experience working with Fiserv core systems is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Advanced Excel skills with experience in reporting and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional internal service and working collaboratively with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor daily Retail operations functions including overdrafts, returned items, stop payments, and account adjustments.
• Perform routine and complex account maintenance with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding deposit accounts, transactions, and systems.
• Research and resolve issues related to customer accounts in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and quality control reviews as needed.
• Support the team and department with additional tasks and projects as assigned.
