Job summary

Bank of New Hampshire seeks a Modern Workplace System Analyst to transform how employees work, collaborate, and use technology daily. This on-site role connects business teams with IT, owning critical applications and improving tools while keeping security and reliability top of mind.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT support or sysadmin, strong MS 365 and Power Platform experience, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3–5 years in IT support, systems administration, or related technology role.
Experience administering Microsoft 365 and cloud-based business apps.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate/Apps/SharePoint/Lists/Dataverse/CoPilot).
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Own and lead support for a portfolio of bank systems and critical business applications.
Partner with staff to understand tech needs and improve user experience.
Research and implement solutions to boost productivity, security, and efficiency.
Evaluate and implement upgrades, enhancements, testing, and lifecycle management.
Lead IT projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Develop documentation, procedures, reports, and training materials.
Train employees and IT Service Desk staff on supported systems.
