Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years in IT support, systems administration, or related technology role.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and cloud-based business apps.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate/Apps/SharePoint/Lists/Dataverse/CoPilot).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

You’ll be a key connection between our business teams and technology—owning critical applications, supporting modern workplace tools, improving processes, and helping ensure our technology is secure, reliable, and easy to use.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and serve as the primary support lead for a portfolio of bank systems and critical business applications.
• Partner with employees across the organization to understand their technology needs and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
• Research and implement technology solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, security, and the employee experience.
• Evaluate and implement solutions involving Microsoft 365, cloud services, collaboration technologies, endpoint technologies, and identity services.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and ongoing lifecycle management.
• Lead or participate in IT projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Develop documentation, procedures, reports, and training materials.
• Train employees and IT Service Desk staff on supported systems.
• Provide Level 2 technical support and help ensure effective backup coverage for critical applications.
• Research emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, security, and customer service.
• Build relationships throughout the organization and serve as a trusted technology partner.
• Support the bank’s cybersecurity, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, technical services, application support, or a related technology role—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud‑based business applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and/or Dataverse, and CoPilot.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record, as well as a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.

• Experience supporting business applications and technology systems.
• The ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an organization.

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record, with appropriate vehicle insurance if driving is required.
