Job summary

Bank of New Hampshire is seeking a Modern Workplace System Analyst to transform how employees work, collaborate, and use technology on-site in New Hampshire. This full-time role focuses on optimizing modern workplace tools while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability, partnering with business teams and IT colleagues.

You will own critical applications, support Microsoft 365 and cloud-based business apps, and lead IT projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, BIS, or a related field; equivalency may be considered.
• 3-5 years of IT support, systems administration, or related tech role experience.
• Demonstrated experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud-based business apps.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Lists, Dataverse) and CoPilot.

Responsibilities

• Own and serve as the primary support lead for a portfolio of bank systems and critical business applications.
• Partner with employees across the organization to understand technology needs and improve user experience.
• Research and implement technology solutions to improve productivity, efficiency, security, and employee experience.
• Evaluate and implement solutions involving Microsoft 365, cloud services, collaboration technologies, endpoint technologies, and identity services.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and lifecycle management.
• Lead or participate in IT projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop documentation, procedures, reports, and training materials.
• Train employees and IT Service Desk staff on supported systems.
• Provide Level 2 technical support and ensure backup coverage for critical applications.
• Research emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve productivity and customer service.
• Build relationships and act as a trusted technology partner across the organization.
