Job summary

Bank of New Hampshire is seeking a diligent Bank Services Representative for our Manchester, NH office. You will provide friendly customer service, process transactions, and help maintain accurate deposit accounts while supporting daily branch operations.

You will build relationships with customers, stay compliant with bank policies and regulatory requirements, and participate in ongoing training to grow your skills in a fast-paced retail banking environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Prior experience in cash handling, sales, customer service, or banking is a plus.
  • Must have knowledge and experience with computer programs used throughout the course of the workday.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and teammates.
  • A commitment to accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills, including understanding federal and state regulations and compliance procedures.
  • Adhere to all relevant banking laws, including the Bank Secrecy Act and FinCEN Regulations.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Active work environment with periods of standing, sitting, and walking.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. when necessary.
  • Primarily office-based with direct interaction with customers, providing excellent service at the bank’s service windows.

Qualifications
