Position Summary:
The Retail Operations Representative plays a key role in supporting the bank's operational efficiency and ensuring accurate processing of customer transactions. This position is responsible for a variety of back-office deposit-related tasks, including processing stop payments, deposit returns, IRA/HSA servicing, account maintenance, research requests, and providing internal support to branches and departments.

Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business or related field preferred.
FLSA:Non-Exempt
TYPE: Full Time
Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (end time may vary depending on department needs).
