Job summary

Dynanet Corporation is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 and Power Platform lead to design, develop, and deliver SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Power BI solutions. You will guide projects from concept to launch, collaborating with business stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for automation, and ensuring secure, accessible products.

Qualifications

5+ years with Microsoft 365 technologies including SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Experience leading multiple MS 365/Power Platform projects end-to-end.
Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
Strong portfolio of SharePoint designs and Power Platform apps.
Knowledge of accessibility requirements (Section 508) and WCAG 2.1 AA.
Clear written and verbal communication; able to present to leadership.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

Define, design, and deliver MS 365 and Power Platform projects from concept to launch.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and team members.
Partner with stakeholders to identify pain points and automation opportunities.
Assess requirements and select the best mix of SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365.
Develop roadmaps, prioritize work, and report status and risks to leadership.
Enforce development standards, governance, and accessibility across the environment.
