Job summary

Socket.dev seeks an experienced IT practitioner to own Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and modern workplace technologies across the bank. You will design, implement, govern, and continuously improve secure digital workplace solutions that boost productivity, collaboration, automation, and reporting for employees and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar technical service/support function or related role.
• Demonstrated experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud-based business applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and/or Dataverse, and CoPilot.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record, with vehicle requirement if needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the owner and support lead for a subset of the bank’s systems and applications.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce governance frameworks, standards, policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Build relationships with business leaders to understand operational needs and maximize technology investments.
• Analyze options to innovate while maintaining security, compliance, and controls.
• Conduct business process reviews, requirements gathering, workflow mapping, and solution design.
• Participate in committees and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and succession for designated applications/systems.
• Develop and execute testing for new or updated systems.
• Perform upgrades and notify staff of enhancements.
• Lead training for systems and develop ITSD staff for support levels.
• Serve as level two support for primary applications and other team-supported apps.
• Support Power BI reporting solutions for various Bank departments.
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and related regulations.
