Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking an experienced Modeling & Simulation Systems Engineer 4 for on-site work in Northridge, CA. You will develop and validate C++-based simulations of missiles to verify weapon system requirements and support system design, verification, and mission analysis.

The role combines systems engineering with M&S discipline, demanding strong leadership, DevOps awareness, and collaboration with customers and stakeholders. Security clearance is required.

Qualifications

BS or MS degree with required experience.
Experience leading cross functional teams.
Experience with C/C++ on Windows and Linux, plus MATLAB or Python for data analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop, integrate, and validate models and simulations for weapons systems.
Extensive testing of simulations to verify requirements.
Lead technical reviews and interface with customers; mentor junior engineers.
