Ideal candidates bring strong communication, customer service, and basic administrative skills, with up to 1 year of experience. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a plus in this team-focused role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Familiarity with customer service or administrative work.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination preferred.
• Experience in real estate or homebuilding concepts helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist with initial customer interactions to ensure a welcoming, professional first impression.
• Support Community Sales Consultants by standing in as needed and addressing routine buyer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate prospect, visitor, and sales data in CRM and tracking tools.
• Prepare and maintain model homes, sales offices, and marketing materials.
• Support onsite events, community activities, and promotional initiatives.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including contract preparation and reporting.
• Learn local market, competitor pricing, and options offered.
