Wormald Homes, a premier homebuilder in the MID-ATLANTIC, seeks a full-time Sales Assistant to join our on-site sales team at a model home within an active community. You will support the Community Sales Manager by handling lead management, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support while showcasing the features of our upscale homes.

Based at our model homes, you will use CRM, DocuSign, and Zoom as needed to ensure a smooth, professional sales process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn and use DocuSign and Zoom.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lead management by utilizing our CRM and follow-up system.
• Set and schedule appointments for the Community Sales Manager.
• Provide administrative support, ensuring smooth sales operations.
