Job summary

Main Street Homes is seeking a Sales Assistant to support New Home Consultants, engage with prospects, and manage sales documentation at our model homes. The role emphasizes organization, client-friendly service, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will open/close model homes, maintain materials, and assist with MLS listings and traffic reports. This full-time position offers clear paths to advancement within our growing home-building team.

• Ability to work independently while also supporting and collaborating with the sales team.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects and assist with the discovery process and information about homes and communities.
• Assist with customer qualification, purchase agreements, contracts, appointments, and sales documentation.
• Track prospect activity, appointments, and follow-up in Lasso.
• Maintain timely and consistent follow-up with prospects from initial contact through post-closing, including scheduling return visits.
• Support New Home Consultants with realtor communication and follow-up after model home visits.
• Open and close model homes and ensure they are clean, organized, secure, and professionally presented.
• Monitor model home interiors, signage, sales materials, and office supplies to ensure everything is accurate, current, and well maintained.
• Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling, preparing documents, and maintaining sales records.
• Welcome and assist visitors, collect prospect information, and ensure a smooth handoff to the New Home Consultant.
• Maintain knowledge of community features, home plans, pricing, specifications, and available sales materials to effectively assist prospects.
