Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician – Handyman to repair service problems in manufactured housing and provide excellent customer service. You will respond quickly to calls, complete repairs thoroughly, and perform preventative care on HVAC and other systems.

Responsibilities include general maintenance, completing service requests, repairing exterior/roof damage, and contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Numerous and varied handyman skills.
• Strong customer relations and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• The ability to safely climb ladders.
• The ability to work in all environments (extreme heat/cold, rain/snow).
• Strong customer relations skills.
• Ability to excel in and contribute to a team environment.
• Possess valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Repair common service problems for manufactured housing.
• Respond promptly to service calls and complete repairs thoroughly and timely.
• Perform general maintenance to maintain property appearance and condition.
• Complete service requests and perform preventative care on HVAC and other systems.
• Repair exterior and roof damage.
