Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Numerous and varied handyman skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs.
• Must pass criminal background check and post-offer drug screen.
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Repair common service problems in manufactured housing.
• Perform general maintenance to upkeep property appearance and condition.
• Complete service requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide preventative care on HVAC and other systems.
• Repair exterior and roof damage as needed.
