Clayton is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician – Handyman to repair typical service issues in manufactured housing and deliver exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes reliability, organization, and the ability to work as part of a team to keep homes in top condition.

You will handle general maintenance, respond to service calls, perform preventative HVAC care, and repair exterior/roof damage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Numerous and varied handyman skills required.
• Strong customer relations and teamwork abilities required.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance to maintain property appearance and condition.
• Complete service requests promptly.
• Perform preventative care on HVAC and other systems.
