Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician – Handyman to repair common service problems in manufactured homes and deliver exceptional customer service on every call. You will perform general maintenance, respond to requests promptly, and help keep homes and communities in top condition.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Numerous and varied handyman skills expected.
Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs.
Stamina to perform strenuous tasks and climb ladders.
Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

Repair common service problems in manufactured housing.
Respond promptly to service calls and ensure thorough repairs.
Perform general maintenance to maintain property appearance and condition.
Complete service requests in a timely manner.
Perform preventative care on HVAC and other systems.
Repair exterior and roof damage.
