Clayton is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician – Handyman to repair common service problems in manufactured housing and deliver exceptional customer service. You will handle multiple handyman tasks and contribute to a strong community reputation with timely, high-quality work.

Responsibilities include general maintenance, responding to service requests, and preventative care on HVAC and other systems, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Numerous and varied handyman skills.
• Ability to lift and move 100 lbs and climb ladders.
• Strong customer relations and teamwork skills.
• Pass background check and post-offer drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Repair common service problems in manufactured housing and respond to service calls promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely, thorough repairs.
• Perform general maintenance to maintain property appearance and condition.
• Complete service requests and perform preventative care on HVAC and other systems.
